We used to live on park ave and always enjoyed visiting Caramel. While shopping around for wedding desserts, they were on my list. We wanted a cake and mini desserts and we knew their minis were delicious! Working with them was awesome. We had a great little tasting and got to pick out an array of mini desserts and cake flavors. Communicating with them via email was easy and they were very receptive to my ideas. Our cake turned out perfectly! It was so beautiful and everything tasted amazing. We will continue to visit them and recommend them!
We are huge fans of Caramel bakery, so we were extremely excited for them to make our wedding cake and desserts. The cake came out absolutely beautiful and delicious and the assorted desserts (especially the mini pop tarts) were a huge hit as well. We have often heard people say that the wedding cake often goes to waste, but our entire wedding cake was eaten at the reception by our guests (save for 2 pieces that our venue was smart enough to save for us). Caramel was so great to work with and truly allowed us to customize everything the way we wanted it, while also offering extremely helpful suggestions. We were so happy to have caramel bakery as part of our wedding day and recommend them to anyone looking for wedding cake and assorted desserts.
Looking for amazing desserts? You will find them at Caramel. Everything was reasonably priced and everyone loved the mini dessert options. We had mini macarons, brookies, cheesecakes, cupcakes and the most perfect cake for us to cut.
We used Caramel for our wedding after tasting their mini desserts at a friends wedding. We LOVED everything we ordered. So rich and tasty. I loved that I could mix and match options and ordered seven different items for our dessert bar. Highly recommend for events!!
Haley with Caramel Bakery was so easy to work with! She did a custom number cake for my Mom’s 70th birthday. It came out beautiful and tasted so good too!
We used Caramel for my dad’s birthday cake (he’s a huge Mets fan) and our gender reveal cake. Our family and friends agreed that both cakes were stunning AND actually tasted good. Mark was a pleasure to work with and thoughtfully engaged with me via several emails until our vision for the cakes was just right. Highly recommend!
We came here with my niece (3yo) and her parents. They were able to do a vanilla ice cream with sprinkles for her while we chatted and enjoyed a variety of different desserts! This was a wonderful place to sit and chat, and excellent desserts! Update: Still wonderful
Caramel Bakery and Bar is the perfect place to go for desserts, drinks, or coffee after dinner. There are very few places like Caramel, but we appreciate the option to continue our evening out on the town. Nice selection of desserts and drinks. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.
